Returns & Refunds
By Valeart has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we’re unable to accept returns.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• in the same condition you received it
• unused / unworn
• with any tags still attached (if applicable)
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email me at byvaleau@gmail.com , and I’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.

Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please email a photo to Byvaleau@gmail.com as soon as possible so I can review the issue and organise a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• sale items
• custom-made orders
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalise and display the refund.
